A woman in a white T-shirt making the heart in lamp light, and two friends with their hearts side by side, both cut from original 10-second clips.
The samples come from original AI-made portraits of adults, not customers, celebrities or footage from the trend. Heart in the Bedroom was cut from a 10-second vertical clip made with Seedance 2.0 Fast on November 7, 2026 on airapvideo.homes, starting from a photo of the woman that was first placed in the bedroom with image AI. Two Hearts came from another Seedance 2.0 Fast clip made the same day from the two friends' photos.
For this page we kept about 10 seconds of each clip, with a gentle reframe, colour and speed tweaks, and the ghibliia.com mark in the top left. Nothing was mirrored. The music is an original beat, not the trend's sound. Lamp Room and Sunset Park are stills only: the woman's portrait moved to two places with image-to-image AI, the same thing you can do on Image. No credits were spent on these samples. Use this scene →

Heart in the Bedroom
A curly-haired woman in a white T-shirt, in a room with the lamps on, smiles, flexes her right arm and rests her left hand inside the bicep until the heart shows; she holds it and laughs.
Two friends in a living room, him in a grey T-shirt and her in a green one, flex their inside arms elbow to elbow; each rests the other hand on their own bicep and they hold the two hearts together, smiling at the camera.
The same woman in the white T-shirt making the bicep heart in her bedroom, lit warm by the bedside lamp.

One photo to a bicep heart trend video
Upload a waist-up photo in short sleeves, pick Lamp Room or Sunset Park and press Generate video; you download a vertical MP4 of about 10 seconds.
1
The photo
One adult, head to waist, looking at the camera, both arms in view and not crossed or tucked in pockets. Short sleeves or a T-shirt show the arm off best. No sunglasses, no hat over the face, no beauty filter, and nobody else in the shot.
Your own photo, or an adult who said yes
A pet works as a joke: paws don't curl like a hand, so the heart comes out a bit loose
Never a photo of a child, a stranger or a celebrity

The scene
Above the photo box, pick Lamp Room, the warm-lit bedroom from the original videos, or Sunset Park, a park with the sun low between the trees.

Fist up by your head, the other hand on the inside of the bicep with the thumb down, fingers curled over the top, and the arm turned slightly toward the camera.
Here's how the Heart in the Bedroom sample plays out over about 10 seconds:
01
The fist
0–3 s: she smiles at the camera with her arms down, then lifts her right arm into a flex, fist next to her head.
02
The hand
3–5 s: her left hand crosses in front and rests on the inside of the bicep, thumb down and fingers curled over the top. The hand closes the curve of the arm and the heart appears. Arm size doesn't matter: the hand does the shaping.
03
The turn
5–10 s: she turns the arm a little toward the camera, holds the heart, tilts her head and ends up laughing without letting go.
It began as a gym joke on X in late October 2026; #bicepheart showed up on TikTok on October 26, and three videos passed a million views between October 30 and November 1.
X came first
In late October 2026 the pose went round X as a gym joke before it reached TikTok; there's no clear first post. The #bicepheart hashtag appeared on TikTok on October 26 and by November 1 had 120 videos and 376,108 views.
The jump to TikTok
On October 30 @hunnybakes answered a comment with the pose (1.6 million views by November 1); on the 31st @mckennacrisp posted "im sad please send bicep hearts" (3.6 million), and on November 1 @kavithageorge asked whether anyone had heard of a bicep heart (2.9 million the same day). All three use the same original sound, found in more than 71,000 videos. Figures from makeviral.ai.
Check that the hand makes a clean heart, put one line of your own on top, like "sending you bicep hearts", and add music in TikTok or a beat from Music.
The hand
Moving hands are the hardest part for AI video. Watch the whole clip: five fingers, thumb pointing down, and the heart visible for a couple of seconds. If the hand looks off, create it again; a sharp photo with both arms in view helps.
Caption and sound
One line on top: "Sending you bicep hearts", "For my gym buddy" or "Leg day, but make it love". The clip comes with an original beat; in TikTok you can swap in the trend's sound, or make a track of your own on Music. More ideas live in all video effects.
